We sell and ship within Canada only. Shipping is free and insured across Canada.

Full payment is taken at checkout by credit card, through Stripe.

Personal dial text (optional). You can add a personal dial line of up to 16 characters on the Trozzo Aquila, Trozzo Argo and Trozzo Alta, including spaces, or leave it blank for our standard dial. The dial-text rules below (permitted characters, preview and approval, our review, refusal and refund, permission to print, and privacy) apply only if you add personal text. If you add personal text, your watch is personalized and final sale for change of mind (see Returns). Logo-dial watches and team or business orders are also final sale.

1. These rules apply only if you add personal text. Personal dial text is optional. If you leave it blank, you get our standard dial and these rules don't apply. If you add personal text, your watch is personalized, and personalized watches are final sale: no returns or exchanges for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if your watch is defective, damaged in shipping, not as ordered, or not delivered on time, or any other rights under consumer protection law.

2. What you can enter. You can add one line of up to 16 characters, including spaces. Our dial printer reproduces only:

• the letters A–Z, printed in capitals (lowercase letters are converted to capitals as you type);
• the numbers 0–9;
• spaces; and
• these symbols: . , ' & - ! # /

Other characters (such as accented letters, emoji, other scripts or other symbols) can't be entered.

3. Preview and approval. Before you pay, we show you a preview of your text exactly as it will be printed. Please check the spelling, spacing and punctuation carefully. When you place your order, you confirm the text shown in the preview, and we print the text you approved. The preview shows the text and its position; the colour, finish and size on the actual dial may look slightly different from your screen.

4. What we can't print. We won't print text that:

• is hateful, obscene, harassing or threatening;
• is illegal or promotes illegal activity;
• uses another company's trademark, brand name, logo or team name, or suggests the watch is made, certified or tested by someone else or to a standard it hasn't met (for example "SWISS MADE", "CHRONOMETER", "COSC" or a water-resistance rating);
• impersonates any person or organization;
• includes someone else's personal information without their consent; or
• we reasonably believe could expose us or you to legal liability.

5. Our review. We review the dial text on every personalized order within 2 business days of your order. We start production only after your text passes this review. Until then, you can change or cancel your text by emailing sales@trozzotime.com with your order number.

6. If we can't print your text: change it or get a full refund. If your text can't be printed under these rules, we'll email you to explain why, and you can choose to:

• change it: send us new text that meets these rules. We'll confirm it, and any change to your delivery date, by email; or
• cancel: we'll cancel your order and refund everything you paid, including tax, within 15 days.

Please reply within 5 business days. If we can't agree on new text, or we don't hear from you within 10 business days of our first email, we'll cancel your order and give you a full refund, including tax, within 15 days. We'll never keep your payment and refuse to make your watch.

7. Adding or removing text after you order. Changes are possible only before production starts.

• Adding text: we'll ask you to confirm by email that your watch will become final sale, and we'll keep a dated record of that. If you don't confirm, we'll cancel your order and refund it in full so you can reorder.
• Removing text: your watch becomes a standard watch, returnable under our 30-day Returns policy.

8. Your promise to us. You confirm that you have the right to use your text, that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or break these rules, and that it's spelled exactly as you want it.

9. Mistakes. If the printed dial doesn't match the text you approved, that's our mistake: the watch is "not as ordered", and we'll remake the dial (or replace or refund the watch) at our cost, including shipping. If the text you approved contained a mistake, it isn't a defect, but contact us and we'll offer a paid remake if we can.

10. Permission to print. You keep any rights you have in your text. You give Trozzo a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to reproduce your text on your watch and in our production files, proofs, order records and messages with you, only for your order and its warranty. We won't use your text, or photos of your personalized watch, in marketing unless you separately say yes.

11. Privacy. Your dial text is personal information. We share it only with the people who make your watch (our manufacturer in China for the Trozzo Aquila), and only to make your watch. We keep it until 2 years after your warranty ends, then delete it. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Warranty. Personalization doesn't change your warranty. Every Trozzo watch is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from delivery, in addition to your rights under consumer protection law. See Returns & Warranty.

Made to order. Each watch is assembled to your order and configuration.

• Watches without personal text: orders can't be cancelled for change of mind after you place them, but you can return the watch within 30 days of delivery under our Returns policy.
• Personalized watches: you can change or cancel your text until we confirm your order after our dial-text review (up to 2 business days). After that, your order can't be changed or cancelled for change of mind.
• Adding text after you order (before production): we'll ask you to confirm by email that your watch becomes final sale, and we keep a record. If you don't confirm, we'll cancel and refund your order so you can reorder.
• Removing text before production: your watch becomes a standard watch, returnable under the 30-day policy.
• This doesn't affect your rights if your watch is defective, damaged in shipping, not as ordered, or not delivered on time, or any other rights under consumer protection law.

Returns. Individual watches without personal dial text or a logo dial can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery if unworn and in original condition, following the process and conditions on our Returns & Warranty page, which form part of these terms. Personalized watches are final sale: no returns or exchanges for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if your watch is defective, damaged in shipping, not as ordered, or not delivered on time, or any other rights under consumer protection law. Logo-dial watches and team or business orders are final sale on the same basis. Refunds go to your original payment card only, within 15 days of our receiving the return, or, for a cancellation, within 15 days of your cancellation.

Lead time: 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. If we expect a delay beyond this lead time, we'll contact you before it ends. You can then agree to a new date, or cancel for a full refund. If your watch isn't delivered within 30 days after the end of this lead time, you can cancel at any time before it's delivered and get a full refund within 15 days, as Ontario law provides. Your rights for late delivery apply to every order, personalized or not.

Warranty: 2 years from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. Water resistance: 10 bar. See Returns & Warranty.

Preview colours may vary from the finished watch.
