- Each watch keeps its standard price, shown in the configurator; logo dial included, no setup fee. Full payment is due when you confirm your order.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. You can order from 1 watch, even with a logo.
- What logo files do you accept?
- PNG, SVG or PDF up to 10 MB are accepted. Only PNG and SVG show on the dial; PDF is accepted for the quote but is not shown on the dial. Vector SVG or PDF files are preferred.
- Will I see the dial before production?
- Yes. We send a dial mockup for your approval. Production starts only after your written sign-off.
- Can watches be returned?
- Logo-dial watches and team or business orders are final sale: no returns or exchanges for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if your watch is defective, damaged in shipping, not as ordered, or not delivered on time, or any other rights under consumer protection law.
- Is shipping included?
- Yes. Free insured shipping across Canada.

Adding a dial line is optional. If you'd like one, you'll enter it in the Aquila configurator when you order. Fill this in only if you'd like help with your wording. It appears as the third line of text at 6 o'clock, up to 16 characters; longer lines are set slightly smaller to fit. Please check spelling, capitalization and punctuation carefully.
A logo dial makes your watch final sale. Individual watches without personal text or a logo dial, and not part of a team or business order, can be returned unworn within 30 days of delivery.
