How much does the Aquila Studio cost?
The Aquila Studio is $799.99 CAD. Taxes are added at checkout, and insured shipping within Canada is included. You can add your own line to the dial if you wish, and personalization is included. Other special requests are quoted individually through our custom quote form.
When do I pay?
Full payment is taken at checkout.
How long does it take?
4-6 weeks from order confirmation.
What movement does the Trozzo Aquila use?
The Seiko NH34 automatic GMT movement. The Trozzo Aquila is $799.99 CAD.
What movement does the Trozzo Argo use?
The Seiko NH35 automatic movement. The Trozzo Argo is $599.99 CAD.
What movement does the Trozzo Alta use?
The Seiko NH35 automatic movement. The Trozzo Alta is $599.99 CAD.
Where do you ship?
Canada only, with free insured shipping across Canada.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in CAD. Taxes are added at checkout.
What can I customize?
In the configurator, you choose your bezel, GMT hand and strap. Then, if you wish, add the touch that makes it truly yours: your own line on the dial, on the third line of text at 6 o'clock. It's optional, and personalization is included. There's no default text, so if you leave it blank, your dial carries no personal line. To add one, enter it in the Aquila Studio configurator as you build your watch. Have something else in mind? Special requests are quoted individually through our custom quote form.
If I add a line, what should it say?

Whatever means the most to you. The most meaningful watch is the one made by you. A few ideas:

  • A name: yours, or someone you love (MARCO)
  • Initials: simple and understated (A.T.)
  • A date: a beginning worth remembering (EST. 2026)
  • A place: a hometown or a city that holds a story (TORONTO)
  • A phrase: a few words that are yours alone

Your line can be up to 16 characters, and longer lines are set slightly smaller so they fit neatly on the dial. Use letters A–Z, numbers 0–9, spaces and . , ' & - ! # /. Need help with your wording? Tell us through our custom quote form.

Can I change my configuration after I order?

Please check your build carefully before you check out, including your dial line if you've added one. Once you've received your order confirmation email, your watch goes into production and we can't make any changes.

Watches without personal text can be returned within 30 days of delivery. It must be unworn (a brief indoor try-on with the films on is fine), in its original packaging, and complete, with any removed links and pins. Return shipping is at your cost, and we refund the full price and tax to your original card within 15 days of receiving it.

What is your return policy?

Individual watches without personal dial text or a logo dial can be returned unworn and in original condition within 30 days of delivery. A brief indoor try-on with the films on is fine, and so is sizing, as long as you send back every link and pin. Email sales@trozzotime.com with your order number for a return authorization. Return shipping is at your cost (tracked and insured; roughly C$35–60). We refund the full price and tax to your original card within 15 days of receiving your return, with no restocking fee.

Personalized watches are final sale: no returns or exchanges for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights if your watch is defective, damaged in shipping, not as ordered, or not delivered on time, or any other rights under consumer protection law.

Logo-dial watches and team or business orders are also final sale. If your watch arrives defective or damaged, email sales@trozzotime.com and we'll make it right at our cost. Returns & Warranty

What's the warranty?
2 years from delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship.
