Your email, your address and your order details.

To process and ship your order, contact you about it, and — if you sign up — email you when orders open.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store card numbers.

We don't sell personal data.

To request deletion of your data, email sales@trozzotime.com. We reply within 24 hours.

What we collect. When you join the Trozzo waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose, your first name. To keep a record of your consent, we also store the date and time you signed up, the wording of the consent checkbox you ticked, the page you signed up on, and your IP address and browser information.

Why we collect it. We use your email address and first name to tell you when ordering opens and to send you news about Trozzo, including new watches and previews. We keep the consent record to show that you agreed to receive these emails, as Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) requires. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Who helps us. Your waitlist information is stored by our website hosting and database provider and, once connected, by our email service provider (Klaviyo). These providers process it only on our behalf and may store it outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

Unsubscribing. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by emailing [privacy contact email]. We'll stop emailing you within 10 business days.

How long we keep it. We keep your email address and first name until you unsubscribe or until we stop sending waitlist emails, whichever comes first. After you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your email address and your consent and opt-out for up to 3 years, so we can prove compliance and make sure we don't email you again. After that, we delete it.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting [privacy contact email]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity to understand how our site is used. They collect the pages you visit and how you interact with them (such as the options you choose in the Aquila Studio), your approximate location and your device and browser type. Clarity also records session replays; form fields and personal dial text are masked, so they aren't recorded.

These tools run only if you choose Accept in our cookie notice. If you choose Decline, or haven't chosen yet, they aren't loaded. Google Analytics runs with ad features and Google signals turned off. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Google and Microsoft may process this data in the United States.
